All the flow data is great that you're posting because flow often limits the efficiency of the powerplant as a whole. However, you should post a side by side comparison also showing temperature differentials for each intercooler. I'm sure your massive intercoolers and the FMIC will show larger temperature differentials. My concern is how well overall the intercoolers work as flow increases. The less time a given mass of air spends moving across the intercooler the less time it has to dissipate heat. Not knocking your product just wondering if flow testing alone is the best indicator of effectiveness.
Still think comparing dyno numbers (10 runs each averaged over 1 hour) for each intercooler will show the best comparrison. Still bravo for the work.
